On the 3rd of October 2004 Marianne and Merlin received an invitation from The Rt. Hon. Alan Johnson M.P. secretary of state for Work Pensions to The Trading Places Awards 2004 to be held at The Du Barry Room, The Café Royal, 68 Regent Street, London on Tuesday 16th November. Invitation including seating for six guests, unfortunately David and John were unable to attend due to other commitments. Photograph of the gala luncheon held prior to the award ceremony.
